Black Tea
Black Tea for Everyday Comfort
Black tea is made from fully oxidized Camellia sinensis leaves, giving it a rich amber-red liquor, full-bodied flavor, and smooth, lasting finish. Compared with green tea, black tea develops deeper notes that range from honeyed and malty to fruity and floral, making it one of the world's most versatile teas.
At ShineTeaMeet, many of our black teas are crafted with Yinghong No. 9, a premium Chinese black tea celebrated for its naturally sweet aroma, smooth texture, and refined character. We thoughtfully pair this exceptional tea with carefully selected botanicals and fruits to create blends that are comforting, balanced, and easy to enjoy throughout the day.

How to Brew Black Tea
For the best flavor, brew black tea using water between 90–95°C (194–203°F).
Tea: 1 tea bag or 2–3 g loose leaf
Water: 200–250 ml
Steeping Time: 3–5 minutes
A shorter infusion highlights the tea's natural sweetness and delicate aroma, while a slightly longer steep produces a fuller-bodied cup. Most loose-leaf black teas can be infused two or three times, revealing new layers of flavor with each brew.
Find Your Perfect Black Tea
Whether enjoyed hot on a quiet morning or served over ice on a warm afternoon, black tea delivers a satisfying balance of richness and smoothness. Its versatility makes it an ideal everyday tea, equally enjoyable on its own or paired with pastries, desserts, and savory foods.
